Each Excursion Adventure will have it’s own cancellation/refund policy assigned to it and listed in the individual adventure. For refunds of the Convention fee, the following schedule applies:
- For all cancellations received by July 10, 2016, a $50 Cancellation Fee is assessed
- Cancellations after July 10, 2016 will forfeit 50% ($97.50) of the Registration Fee
- Cancellations after August 10, 2016 will forfeit 75% ($146.25) of the Registration Fee
- Cancellations after September 10, 2016 will forfeit 100% ($195) of their Registration Fee
IMPORTANT: ABS is not responsible for refunds of any fees or expenses outside of the Convention registration fee. Refunds for hotel reservations need to be handled through the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s refund policy. all other refunds are subject to the refund policy of the companies involved, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, car rentals, etc. Please refer to the individual Excursion Adventure for their refund policy.
